Healing from trauma is a complex process that demands strength, compassion of truth, and courage— you don’t have to walk it alone. I specialize in supporting children and adults who have experienced trauma, abuse, or difficult life events.
My approach integrates evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for each person’s story to foster hope, resilience, and lasting change. I especially cherish working with children in foster care or with trauma histories, and first responders carrying the quiet weight of their service.
I work with clients of all ages addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual abuse, mood, and personality disorders. I am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy and EMDR. I also incorporate TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, Sand Tray Therapy, and trauma-focused, strength-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and begin to heal. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, it’s simply a privilege; to accompany you as you move toward greater resilience and well-being.
